Clean your car

Having alot of junk lying around in your car or in your boot is like driving round with a fat man constantly sitting in the back of your car. And that will slow you down! Getting rid of clutter will give your car better acceleration, better handling and give you better fuel economy.

Try to keep only things that you may need such as spare wheel, fuel can, first aid box, torch, road atlas and avoid storing things in your car like screenwash, footpump, toolbox and so on.

Avoid over accesorizing. Pink fluffy steering wheel covers, 6 speaker stereo systems, cd changers, in car dvd players, metal floor mats, glass air fresheners, subwoofers, Heavy seat covers. All of these add weight to your car and slow you down.
